RETURN AND REFUND GENERAL POLICY
We will gladly accept any return within 30 days of
purchase, provided the item is in new or like-new
condition. Please note that there is a 20% restocking
fee for returned merchandise.You will need to contact
our Customer Care Team at 1-888-441-1180 to request a
Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please
mark this RMA number on the package when returning. ALL
RETURNS ARE VERIFIED FOR RMA. Return packages must be
postmarked within seven (7) days of the RMA issue date.
Packages containing expired RMAs may be refused and
returned to sender at sender’s expense. If merchandise
is received 15 days after the RMA is issued then
merchandise will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee of
the full purchase price. Refunds are issued after
product is received and inspected. Refunds are not
issued at time of assignment of RMA.
DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT WITHOUT A RETURN
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
This number can be obtained by contacting our Customer
Team at 1-888-441-1180, Monday through Friday from 8:30
AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Calls on Mondays
may experience longer than normal hold times due to
higher call volume. For your convenience, we recommend
calling on Tuesdays-Fridays.
IMPORTANT- ADDITIONAL RETURN TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
All items must be returned in their original
packaging along with all accessories, parts, and
instruction manuals/DVD(s) that were shipped with your
original order.
Returns received without original packaging will be
charged a re-packaging fee of up to $25 per unit.
We assume no responsibility for merchandise damaged
by any carrier transporting and delivering returned
merchandise.
Returns received with damaged merchandise may be
denied a refund and customer may be held responsible to
pay full product value if balance exists on account for
merchandise.
Returns with missing parts will be charged for the
missing part(s).
RETURN PERIOD- Our 30-day return policy starts from
the day your product is shipped.
A Return Merchandise Authorization must be obtained
during the return period mentioned above.
Returns must be received at our facility within 15
days of when the Return Merchandise Authorization is
provided to you by phone.
Customer is responsible for paying all return
shipping to deliver product to our facility. Collect
freight will not be accepted.
Send all returns via a shipping method that can be
tracked with a proof of delivery/delivery confirmation
(UPS/FedEx/USPS Priority Mail with delivery tracking).

Along with your return, please be sure to include the
following:
Your order number, Return Merchandise Authorization,
your complete name, address, phone number and email
address along with the original packing slip.
Please have Return Merchandise Authorization clearly
displayed on outside of package.
A detailed explanation regarding the reason for your
return.
Information about whether you would like a refund or
a replacement.
REFUND POLICY
Initial shipping and handling charges are not
refundable. Partial refunds may apply if product is
received incomplete or returned after RMA allowable
date. Customers who originally paid by check or cash
will be issued a refund check within four (4) weeks of
us receiving and approving return.
