Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly will I receive my order?

Orders for all in-stock merchandise are processed within 72 hours. Items shipped by standard delivery methods should be received within 10 business days. Some specialty items may require additional delivery time.

How is a product delivered?

Most orders are sent Standard Ground Shipping via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service. For faster delivery of most items, you can upgrade your shipping, for an additional fee, to 2nd-Day Air or Overnight Air. To upgrade your shipping, use the shipping option when you place your order.

Can I have an item sent to another address?

Yes. You can have your purchase sent directly to another recipient’s address. When ordering on the online, use Standard Check-Out to type in the recipient’s address. When ordering through a customer representative, you can have your item sent to any recipient’s address, just notify the representative.

Where can I have my order shipped?

Euroshine ships to all 50 states and Canada. Items shipping to offshore points may be delivered via U.S. Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS) based upon applicable regulations and service criteria. Certain ship methods may not be available for some products or locations. Hazardous items such as cleaning products, etc. can only be shipped within the contiguous 48 states.
Please note that standard shipping and handling charge is also available within the contiguous 48 states. Euroshine customers outside the aforementioned area should call Customer Service for information regarding their S & H charges.

Canadian customers will receive their orders through the Canadian Post or United Parcel Service (UPS).

How do I know my Shipping & Handling charges?

On euroshine.com, each Product Detail shows the standard S & H charges for that item once placed into your shopping cart. When you go through Check-Out, the S & H fees, and applicable sales tax are added, and you are provided with the order total before you submit your order. If you choose to upgrade the shipping time, you also will be told the additional S & H fee.
Please note that standard shipping and handling charge is only available within the contiguous 48 states. Euroshine customers outside the aforementioned area should call Customer Service for information regarding their S & H charges.

Bamboo Pillow Warranty

Our Bamboo Pillows may be returned within 30 days of purchase accompanied with the Original Sales Receipt. All returns of non-defective items must be un-opened in their original packaging and in “new/unused” condition. Opened, non-defective Bamboo Pillows are NOT returnable for reasons of health and hygiene.

Body Perfect Warranty

Our Body Perfect Active Wear may be returned within 30 days of purchase, accompanied with the Original Sales Receipt. All returns of non-defective items must be un-opened in their original packaging and in “new/unused” condition. Opened, non-defective Body Perfect Active Wear is NOT returnable for reasons of health and hygiene.

Euro Sleep System Warranty

If you, our Customer, should need to cancel this order, we will gladly do so within 3 days from the Date of Order. If you place a cancellation within the 3 days and the order has shipped, you will be charged shipping charges (to and from). In the event there are any missing items identified to you by us on backorder, multi-item orders only, this is not considered a valid reason for the return or cancellation of the whole shipment. Customers are to call within 24 hours of receipt of order to expedite forwarding of any missing items not notified as on backorder. Items damaged or lost in transit are the sole responsibility of the carrier, so please notify and file a prompt claim with the carrier. We will assist you with any information needed to file a claim. We will replace defective items.
Items to be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging unused (1) do not have any missing parts, hardware, or instructions. (2) Are not damaged due to incorrect assembly or handling. (3) Have the original manufacturer information (tags) attached to the items as shipped. Customers are to call the Customer Service Line: 352-596-4555, prior to returning any purchased item(s), to obtain a “return authorization number and shipping instructions”. Opened, non-defective Mattresses are NOT returnable for reasons of health and hygiene. Once your return has been received, an inspection is conducted of the return, and if it is verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a refund (less freight) will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. Titanium Elite Limited Lifetime Warranty

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Titanium Elite’s cookware is constructed in Germany by highly skilled craftsmen using only the very best materials. The cast bottom has a limited lifetime warranty on the planess of the base and a guarantee that the base will not warp. This unique customer oriented warranty has come about as a result of our high standards for product quality and commitment to satisfaction. Our products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal household use. Such warranty shall not apply to damages resulting from accidents, abuse or misuse, including damage caused by overheating and does not apply to scratches, marks caused by using metal utensils, stains, discoloration or other damage which does not impair the functionality of the cookware. Accumulation of food residues following an improper maintenance or dirty pan may effect the non-stick ability and will not constitute an exchange under warranty.

ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH THE MAIN OFFICE. PLEASE DO NOT BRING MERCHANDISE TO ANY TRADE SHOW AS OUR REPRESENTATIVES ARE NOT EQUIPPED WITH EXTRA STOCK.

For servicing:

1) A letter must accompany the product and indicate the problem or defect.

2) Proof of purchase must be included. (Copy of the original purchase receipt).

3) Return cookware postage paid. An administrative fee will be charged for all warranty claims after the first calendar year of ownership.

3) To validate this warranty, you MUST send the warranty paperwork within 14 days provided to you upon receiving your merchandise.

Euro Scooter Warranty

The Limited Warranty does not cover or apply to the following: normal wear and tear, any damage, failure and/or loss caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse and/or failure to follow instructions or warnings as stated on the product or in the applicable owner’s manuals or other printed materials provided with the product; damage, failure and/or loss caused by the use of the product in any other manner for which such products were not specifically designed. EuroScooters warrants the scooter according to the following terms: Batteries are warranted for twelve (12) months, Tires are warranted for ninety (90) days and the motor is warranted for (24) months. This warranty extends to the original retail purchaser only and commences on the date of the original retail purchase. Any part of the scooter product manufactured or supplied by Euroscooter and found in the reasonable judgment of EuroScooters to be defective in material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced by an authorized EuroScooter service dealer without charge for parts or labor. EuroScooter is responsible for the expense of delivering the warranty replacement parts. However, if the customer chooses not to replace the parts, the expense of delivering the EuroScooter to the factory/authorized service dealer for warranty work or the expense of returning it back to the owner after repair/replacement will be paid for by the owner. EuroScooters responsibility in respect to claims is limited to making the required repairs or replacements and no claim of breach of warranty shall be cause for cancellation or rescission of the contract of sale of any EuroScooter product. Proof of date of purchase will be required by the dealer to substantiate any warranty claim. An authorized EuroScooter service dealer must perform all warranty work. This warranty does not cover any EuroScooter product that has been subject to misuse, neglect, negligence, or accident, or has been operated in any way contrary to the operating instructions as specified in Euroscooters owner manual. This warranty does not apply to any damage to EuroScooter products that is the result of improper maintenance or to any Euroscooter product that has been altered or modified so as to adversely affect the products operation, performance, or durability, or that has been altered or modified to change its intended use. This warranty does not extend to repairs made necessary by normal wear and or by use of parts that are incompatible with EuroScooter products. In addition, this warranty does not cover items that experience normal wear and tear. EuroScooter reserves the right to improve the design of the product without assuming any obligations to modify any product previously manufactured. Any such implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise are disclaimed in their entirety after the expiration of the appropriate warranty period. EuroScooters obligation under this warranty is strictly and exclusively limited to the repair and replacement of defective parts and does not assume any other obligation. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. EuroScooter assumes no responsibility for incidental consequential or other damages including but not limited to expense of returning the EuroScooter to an authorized service dealer and expense of delivering it back to the owner, mechanics travel time, telephone charges, rental of a like product during the time the warranty of service is being performed, travel loss, or damage to personal property, loss of revenue, loss of time, or inconvenience. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations may not apply to you. EuroScooters will, at its sole option, either repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of any unit that does not conform to this limited warranty. EuroScooters may choose at its option to use functionally equivalent reconditioned, refurbished or new units or parts to any units. You are responsible to get your unit back to EuroScooter.
