INGREDIENTS:
8 TBS UNSALTED BUTTER
1/2 CUP PARMESIAN CHEESE
3 SPRIGS FRESH THYME
3 CLOVES GARLIC MASHED
3 1/2 LBS YUKON GOLD POTATOS (CLEANED)
SALT
PEPPER
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1). preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Step 2.) Using the 10 in Titanium elite fry pan, brush melted butter on the bottom of the pan add the garlic and thyme to sweat for 2-3 minutes
Step 3.) thinly slice the potatoes with a sharp knife or use a mandolin and lay them flat on a plate until the slicing is complete.
Step 4.) lay the potatoes in the pan and fan them out upright or flat and then drizle them with the remaining butter and salt and pepper to taste,
Step 5: Squeeze the lemon juice on the top from the half fresh cut lemon and sprinkle the parmesian cheese on top.
Step 6.) Roast the potatos for one hour.
