I have an old one and needed a new wheel as one of the original had a crack in it. I also got a new front tire, but its tread was too large for the fender. The fix was to remove the fender like the new models. The customer service was phenomenal.

Tire was leaking air and I could not fix.
I've had the scooter for about 10 days and one of the rear tires has gone flat. I took it to my local tire store and they cannot repair it. I'm hoping with a replacement tube and a complete tire kit I'll have a spare for if/when this happens again.
