After my initial starter set of Titanium Elite, I have been adding to my cookware whenever I can (especially from the State Fair). I love this stuff and so does anyone that uses it. You will find this cookware holds the best extremely well and the heat is evenly dispersed across the surface and sides. I haven’t had a chance to use the new wok because my son “borrowed” it. However, I love the look and how sturdy it is. Can’t wait to either use it or I may have to buy another. Titanium Elite is definitely not cheap, but you, your children and grandchildren will get many years of use out of a high quality item
