Terms & Conditions of Sale
Acceptance by Euroshine, Inc. of any order from the customer will be subject to the terms and conditions of sale and the customer shall be deemed to have purchased it with the full knowledge of the terms and conditions.
All prices are FOB Brooksville, Florida unless otherwise stated in writing and are subject to change without notice
All orders will be paid in full at the time the order is placed. Forms of payment accepted are: check, cash, and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).
This product ships to Canada and the United States (excluding Hawaii). Estimated delivery time is within 2- 0 weeks.
This order will ship to you via UPS, USPS, OR Curbside Delivery via Common Carrier. A signature may be required at the time of delivery. It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise before delivery agent's departure. If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill. This will aid in the return/replacement process or you may refuse the delivery.
Cancellations: If you, our Customer, should need to cancel this order, we will gladly do so within 3 days from the original date of the order, pending the order has not shipped. If you place a cancellation within the 3 days and the order has already, shipped, you will be charged for the shipping charges both to and from. Any items not received due to backorder that are part or a multi-item order do not constitute a valid reason for the return or cancelation of the entire shipment.
Returns: Customers are required to call within 24 hours of receiving the order to report any issues with items not received, items damaged or lost in transit are the sole responsibility of the carrier, please notify the carrier immediately and file a prompt cam. We will assist you with all information needed to file such claim. We will replace defective items.
Items purchased from Euroshine. Inc can be returned within 30 days and are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Items to be returned in their original condition and in their original unopened packaging. They must not have any missing parts, hardware, or instructions. Items must not be damaged in any way due to incorrect assembly or handling. Items must have the original tags and manufacturer information attached to the items as shipped. Customers are to call the customer service line (352) 596-4555 to obtain a return authorization number and shipping instructions PRIOR to sending back any items. Once your return has been received, it will be properly inspected to ensure that the item meets our return guidelines at which point a refund (less freight charges) will be issued. The cost of shipping the return back is the sole responsibility of the customer. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking or $10.00 processing fee whichever is greater. C.O.D. shipments and shipments arriving without a returns authorization number will not be accepted. Items returned that did not conform to the shipping instructions received by Euroshine, Inc. will not be processed or returned. Items not purchased from Euroshine. Inc. will not be accepted.
All sample Items, demos Items, or open boxed items purchased at the show and taken from the show are considered a FINAL sale and cannot be cancelled or returned.
