Arrived promptly with no glitches. Just like you said that it would need to be charged for it to have a full charge. It was exactly what I expected.

EuroScooter battery pack.

Battery strong and scooter runs full speed. Instructions did not indicate how long for initial charge, but charger turned green after approximate 6 hours.

Great!

My euroscooter is 7 years old and it wasn’t holding a charge for as long so I ordered new batteries and a new charger. Wow! What a difference! It goes really fast again and a charge lasts forever. I guess I forgot how awesome it was in the beginning and now it’s like that again. Wish I’d replaced them sooner!

Everyone was pleasant and willing to help. When the battery came with a cracked case they sent me a new one without any issues.
