My husband had neck surgery about 4 years ago. He had the worst time trying to find a pillow that was comfortable. He bought pillows about every couple of months for about a year. I got these because they said they were adjustable and it would work, to just take out some of the fluff inside until I liked it. To my surprise I took about 3/4 of it out, my pillow is absolutely perfect. And even taking that much fluff out it is still very supportive. I haven't had to buy a pillow or even thought about a different pillow. This one has saved me from painful nights of trying to sleep. I probably tried 30+pillows before I got this one.
